We have done a major makeover of Mobile app for Car Owners. Though it was largely driven by preparing the app for RecovR for Keys, existing users will be able to take advantage of significant improvements including better navigation, instant Theft Recovery Mode activation, native customer support experience, and more.

Face/Touch ID now automatically launches when the app is opened after being logged out allowing users to quickly log back in

What's New ✨

We've added more informative error message when trying to create a new password. Now you'll know what you need to fix to keep your account secure with a strong password or if you made a typo confirming your password (don't worry, it happens to the best of us).

Bug Fixes

Fixed: If you opened the link in your invitation email, you may have had trouble navigating to the correct app. We've fixed this so you can go from your email to tracking your vehicle in the app with ease.
Fixed: It may have been hard to see your password as you were typing it in on the login screen. Now, you'll always be able to check that you haven't added an extra character by accident.
