What's New ✨

We made some updates to the pairing process to make it easier for you to see if the vehicle is already paired to another Locator or if the vehicle is currently at a sister location of your dealership.
You can now set the timezone of your location in the operating hours section on the Location overview page to ensure you get alerts and notifications when you want them.
You asked. We delivered. You can now see the status of a vehicle (paired/unpaired) and the date it was added to your dealership.
Want to mark vehicles sold without RecovR in bulk? Now you can with our new Bulk Vehicle Only Sale feature.

What's New

Mobile 2.0

We have done a major makeover of Mobile app for Car Owners. Though it was largely driven by preparing the app for RecovR for Keys, existing users will be able to take advantage of significant improvements including better navigation, instant Theft Recovery Mode activation, native customer support experience, and more.

Lock mode alerts now adhere to app notification settings for SMS and Email
Updated the logic to select the street address returned by google which seems to be more accurate based on testing
Fixed a bug where the Share Location button is active, but when pressed it doesn't do anything

Face/Touch ID now automatically launches when the app is opened after being logged out allowing users to quickly log back in
Automatic Face/Touch ID does not occur when a user manually logs out of their account

What's New ✨

We've added more informative error message when trying to create a new password. Now you'll know what you need to fix to keep your account secure with a strong password or if you made a typo confirming your password (don't worry, it happens to the best of us).

Bug Fixes

Fixed: If you opened the link in your invitation email, you may have had trouble navigating to the correct app. We've fixed this so you can go from your email to tracking your vehicle in the app with ease.
Fixed: It may have been hard to see your password as you were typing it in on the login screen. Now, you'll always be able to check that you haven't added an extra character by accident.
