Release v3.1.0

May 11, 2021

Coming Soon!

What's New ✨

  • We made some updates to the pairing process to make it easier for you to see if the vehicle is already paired to another Locator or if the vehicle is currently at a sister location of your dealership.
  • You can now set the timezone of your location in the operating hours section on the Location overview page to ensure you get alerts and notifications when you want them.
  • You asked. We delivered. You can now see the status of a vehicle (paired/unpaired) and the date it was added to your dealership.
  • Want to mark vehicles sold without RecovR in bulk? Now you can with our new Bulk Vehicle Only Sale feature.

What's New

Vehicle Motion Alerts Improvement

Users can enable motion alerts regardless of the locator state. Before this release, users could only enable this is state 10 & 11.

Consumer Position Requests | Guide

When consumers request a position immediately after buying RecovR, they were getting an error that was difficult to understand. We’ve updated this error to be more intuitive and provide the reasoning behind the delay.

No Assets Empty State

When consumers log in to the native app, there are edge cases where they will see no assets. This can happen because:

  • A dealer voids their sale erroneously
  • A dealer adds the vehicle VIN back to their inventory via the VIN collision flow, de-permissioning a user

The new empty state helps inform the user that this problem can be fixed & provides a pre-filled message to support.
