Billing Admins will receive a summary of prior days sales performance with charges and credits, along with details. This helps them reconcile sales daily and file them as they prefer. This will make it easier for them to reconcile sales daily to remit the monthly invoice from RecovR, when is time.
We added arrows on position lines on the map, when you select the line from the bread crump. The directionality on the position history will make it easier to understand in which direction vehicle moved.
Improvements
The sorting and filtering capability is improved, for users to easily work with them to get the data they like to see, matching their need.
Fixes
In rare occurrences, the same cell tower ID appear to be used across countries. That led to position jumping between countries. We added additional parameters such as country code to uniquely identify cell tower and avoiding such position jumps.
Minor verbiage changes for better readability and context for users using the portal.

What's New 🔥
New unpaid invoice reminder email to billing admins and company admins, when an invoice is not paid in full before 3 days of due date. The reminder email will also have a link to help article on how to reconcile and payment methods.
Additional details on billing dashboard are added for clarity. Payment status, Total paid and Total due amount is also displayed in the billing detail page.
View vehicle position reported on portal instantly on google maps with one click. You will now have the option to click to open the reported position in RecovR portal on google maps to view nearest address and cross roads.
Improvements
We have added commonly occurring scenarios at the dealership to reset Suspected drive off status, without needing vehicle to report at the dealership. a) Vehicle type changed from Retail to another, b) Vehicle is marked as sold by the dealership, c) Theft recovery mode is enabled for the vehicle.
Theft recovery mode will be automatically deactivated for scenarios that indicate dealership missed to disable theft mode - a) Dealership makes a sale on that vehicle, b) Unpairs locator from the vehicle, c) Transfers vehicle to a new location.
Additional warning added to notify dealership when they pair a locator or a vehicle that is already paired to another vehicle or a locator. Dealership can override and complete the pairing process. If user chooses to override pairing with new vehicle or locator, the previous vehicle or locator will be unpaired automatically.
Fixed
Users who used advanced CSV export had an issue to add additional columns to export. This release fixes that minor issue.

What's New 🔥
You will now be able to mark vehicles as Dealer Trade or Wholesale. These will be new sale types, similar to vehicle only sales, and will not count towards your monthly sell thru rate.
We now capture the name of the salesperson who sold RecovR at your dealership. You can view and export the sales list from RecovR to see relative performance of sales/F&I team.
Last vehicle VIN field on the locator will now be automatically populated every time a locator is unpaired. This helps with reconciling lost locator invoices and general troubleshooting on unpaired locators.
Improvements
Theft recovery became instant, as we removed the delay to present the theft recovery URL, when enabled, to immediately share with law enforcement.
Reduced number of alert emails for users, by eliminating repetitive Far from Lot alerts for the same VIN via email. This to ensure alerts received are insightful for the user receiving it.
Since October, payment statuses have been added to billing page. We have now updated all 2021 invoice statuses to appear as "Not Applicable" since payments were not tracked within the portal until 2022.

What's New
In addition to fixing an issue with enabling face or touch ID, users will now be able to enable face and touch ID directly within the native app. When they enable face or touch ID from their settings, they will be immediately prompted to enter their password, which will enable face or touch ID for all future logins. They will no longer need to log out and back in an additional time.
Improved Deep linking on iOS - We have updated the deep linking mechanism on iOS to more reliably route you into the native app instead of routing you to the app store.

What's New
Theft recovery mode notifications - When theft recovery is mode is activated, users will be notified via Push, Email, & SMS notifications. These notifications contain further instructions on how to get help and give them direct access to the theft recovery URL to share with law enforcement.
Notification configuration & robustness - While building out the theft recovery mode notifications, we have fleshed out notifications to be more easily configured and scaled to future notifications that we would like to implement. Users can disable email and SMS notifications from their app settings and disable push notifications in their phone settings.
“Update Required” pop-up - Previously, we have had no way to force users to update their app when they have been using out-of-date versions. We have introduced this functionality in the native app so that if we release any breaking changes in the future, we will be able to force them to update. Note: This is not a backward compatible feature, so we will not be able to force users to update who are using version released before Audi A3
