What's New? 🔥

Navigational Breadcrumbs: All users will now see navigational breadcrumbs on desktop and mobile. This change is based on the navigation UX survey responses we received. In addition to the breadcrumbs taking you farther up in the hierarchy, they also store your most recent search & filters for each page in this page during your session.

Improved Tabs Visual Design: When you drill into an item like a vehicle or key, you will see a new visual design for the tabs above the title of the page. This change was made along side the breadcrumb updates based on user feedback.

Improved Top Navigation Focus State: In the top navigation, the page you are on will now have a blue background in addition to being underlined. This change was made based on the navigational survey feedback we received.

Key Tracking is Here: Our new RecovR for Keys product has launched and can now be sold alongside RecovR Locators! It tracks your key inventory indoors and outdoors to reduce loss and accelerate your sales process. Interested in adding keys to your F&I product portfolio? Contact us
Changes to RecovR Sales Flow: You’ll need to select a RecovR product the next time you make a RecovR sale, so check the box for “RecovR Locator” as shown below. Our newest product, RecovR Tags, will also be listed, but it is only clickable if your dealership has added key tracking to its product offering.
Sidebar Navigation Changes: You may also notice that Locators are now found in a new section of the side bar called "RecovR Products." Rest assured that all the data is still there!

We have done a major makeover of Mobile app for Car Owners. Though it was largely driven by preparing the app for RecovR for Keys, existing users will be able to take advantage of significant improvements including better navigation, instant Theft Recovery Mode activation, native customer support experience, and more.
